CCX Company, operadora de la plataforma Reviewo, se compromete a proteger la privacidad y los datos personales de los usuarios conforme a la LGPD, el Marco Civil de Internet y otras normas aplicables.

2. Datos que Recopilamos

  • Account data: name, email, phone, CPF/CNPJ, tax and banking information.
  • Profile data: photo, social links, niches, location, portfolio and preferences.
  • Usage data: IP, browser, device, pages, clicks, sessions, Magic Links, conversions and attribution.
  • LMS and gamification data: progress, quizzes, certificates, points, rankings and redemptions.
  • Payment and support data: transactions, refunds, chargebacks, tickets and communications.

3. Bases Legales y Finalidades

  • Contract performance to operate accounts, campaigns, tracking, payments, LMS and support.
  • Consent for optional communications, non-essential cookies and preferences.
  • Legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention, analytics, platform improvement and personalization.
  • Legal obligation for tax, accounting, regulatory records and responses to authorities.

4. Comparticion

We may share data with infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics tools, Organizations, Creators, partners required to deliver the services, public authorities and legal advisors. We do not sell personal data for direct marketing without consent.

5. Transferencia Internacional y Retencion

Data may be processed outside Brazil by cloud, CDN, analytics and payment providers, with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. We retain data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations.
