Reviewo Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Reviewo. These Terms govern access to and use of the Reviewo platform, operated by CCX Company, by affiliates, companies, creators, developers and other users.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Platform: the Reviewo online system, including website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, LMS, tracking, links and related services.
- User: any individual or legal entity that accesses, registers for or uses the Platform.
- Affiliate: a user who promotes products, services or digital products through trackable links and may receive commissions.
- Organization: a company or producer that creates campaigns, products, commission rules and promotional assets.
- Creator: a user who creates, publishes and sells digital content, courses, lessons, quizzes and landing pages.
- Magic Link: an affiliate link generated by the Platform to track clicks, sessions, conversions and attribution.
2. Account and Eligibility
To use the Platform, the User must create an account with accurate, complete and current information. The User is responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity in the account.
The Platform is intended for people over 18 or legally represented entities. Users aged 16 to 18 may use the Platform only with consent from a legal guardian.
3. Platform Services
- Affiliate dashboard with metrics, commissions, campaigns and promotional assets.
- Magic Links, QR Codes, coupons, UTMs and server-side tracking for attribution.
- Campaign, product, digital contract, ranking, goal and reward management.
- LMS for digital products, video lessons, quizzes, certificates and landing pages.
- APIs, SDKs and webhooks for integrations with commerce, CRM, ERP, analytics and internal tools.
- Payment processing, financial reports and payout monitoring.
4. User Obligations
- Use the Platform according to these Terms and applicable law.
- Do not generate artificial clicks, sessions, leads or conversions.
- Do not perform spam, cookie stuffing, ad injection, unauthorized brand bidding or misleading advertising.
- Do not bypass security, DRM, tracking, authentication or access-control mechanisms.
- Respect intellectual property rights of CCX, Organizations, Creators and third parties.
- Keep registration, tax, banking and contact information up to date.
5. Commissions, Payments and Fees
Commissions are calculated according to each campaign's rules and are due only after conversion validation. Cancelled, refunded, charged back, fraudulent or out-of-rule sales do not generate commission rights.
Reviewo may charge fees per processed transaction according to the commercial conditions available in the Platform or in a specific agreement. Each User is responsible for applicable tax obligations.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
The Platform, Reviewo brand, code, design, flows, technical bases, documentation and underlying technology belong to CCX Company or its licensors.
Creators and Organizations retain rights over their original content and grant CCX a limited license to host, store, distribute, display and process that content solely to operate the Platform.
7. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data processing follows Reviewo's Privacy Policy. Cookies, pixels, identifiers and similar technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy.
8. Suspension, Termination and Liability
CCX may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, operational risk, breach of these Terms, legal non-compliance, abusive use or court order. The Platform is provided as is, with commercially reasonable availability efforts.
9. Governing Law, Venue and Language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Sao Paulo/SP are elected, except where consumer rights require otherwise. In case of translation, the Portuguese version prevails.
